If you’re not sure who to ask, email the whole board:

Our email address has changed. Messages sent to the old address, providenceridgehoa (at) gmail (dot) com, still reach the board for now, but please use the new one.

ACC Requests

For approval of a change to the outside of your home, download the application from the ACC Requests page. Fill it out and email it to the board with your attachments.

Social Media

Neighbors also keep in touch online:

Facebook Providence Ridge group (opens in a new tab) Nextdoor Providence Ridge group (opens in a new tab)

These groups are an optional way for neighbors to share news and talk with each other. They are not official HOA channels, and board members may not see every post. For anything that needs a response from the board, such as ACC requests, dues, or concerns about a property, please email the board.
